Flambe Suckling Pig Feast
The sixth edition of the Flambé Suckling Pig returns once again at Si Chuan Dou Hua at PARKROYAL on Kitchener Road.
In a specially created set menu to complement the delicacy, Executive Chef Leung Wing Cheung (梁永祥) exhibits his creativity once again with the Stir-fried Sri-Lanka Crab with Signature Soya Bean Crumb in Osmanthus Sauce (香蜜桂花蟹).
From 1 July to 31 October 2017, enjoy a Flambé Suckling pig (a la carte) at S$268, or as part of the Suckling Pig Feast set menu (火焰乳猪宴) at $438++ for 6 persons and $668++ for 10 persons.
