How do I know if my order was placed successfully?
An auto-generated order confirmation email detailing your order number, order date, summary of your order items and collection date and outlet will be sent to you once your order has been successfully placed.
Please ensure that you have provided us with a valid email address.
If you do not receive your confirmation email within a few minutes of placing the order, please try checking your spam folder as the confirmation email may have been redirected to that folder instead of your inbox.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, cancellation of orders is not possible once you have completed checkout.
How do I return an item?
All goods sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We kindly request all customers to check the condition of the goods when they collect it at our outlets.
Can I have my order delivered?
Only self-collection at our PARKROYAL on Beach Road outlet is available at the moment
How long do I have to collect my order?
You will be able to collect your goods from two days to a week after placing your order.
How do I indicate when to collect my order?
You can indicate your collection date and time during the checkout process. If you are unable to collect your order during the designated period, kindly give us a call at 6505 5722 to rearrange for collection.
What time can I collect my order from store?
The opening hours and time slots available are displayed in the checkout. To confirm opening hours, you can contact us at 6505 5722 directly.
What do I need to bring in store to collect?
When you collect your order, be sure to bring your order confirmation email.This can be shown on your smartphone or as a print out. If you are unable to show either of these,we will need to see photo id that matches the name on the order
